2. Purpose and acceptance
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website. By browsing it you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Some services may have specific terms (for example, those of each booking), which will be shown to you before you purchase them and which prevail over these terms where they conflict.
3. Terms of use
You agree to use the website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice. In particular, you may not:
- Use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms XR Experiences or third parties.
- Introduce viruses or any harmful code, or attempt to access restricted areas, our server or our providers’ systems.
- Submit forms with false data or someone else’s data without their permission, or in an automated or bulk way.
- Systematically copy or scrape the website’s content without our permission.
4. Tour information and bookings
We try to keep information about tours, schedules, meeting points and prices accurate and up to date, but it may change. What applies to your booking is what is shown during the booking process and in your confirmation.
Direct bookings are handled through FareHarbor, our booking and payment system: the calendar on the website checks availability and, when you choose a time, the FareHarbor booking opens in a window on our website. Before confirming you will see the price, what is included and the tour’s cancellation terms. If you book through another platform (for example Civitatis, GuruWalk, FreeTour or GetYourGuide), its own terms also apply.
As these are leisure services for a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). This does not affect each tour’s cancellation policy, which is shown when you book.
If you have a complaint, write to us at [email protected]. The official complaint forms of the Regional Government of Andalusia (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are also available: ask your guide or request them by email.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The content of the website —texts, photographs, videos, illustrations, 3D and virtual reality historical reconstructions, design, logos and code— belongs to XR EXPERIENCES 2025, S.L. or is used with the permission of its owners, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The trade marks “XR Experiences” and “VR Guide Me Málaga” and their logos are distinctive signs of the company.
You may view the website and share links to it. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission. Third-party trade marks and names shown on the website belong to their owners.
6. Liability
We work to keep the website running properly and securely, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for damage caused by interruptions, technical or connection failures beyond our control, or by use of the website contrary to this notice. Nothing in this section limits any liability we have under the law, in particular towards consumers.
7. Links to other sites
The website contains links to third-party sites and services: WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, FareHarbor, booking platforms and the sources we cite in the blog. They are links, not embedded content: when you click them you leave our website and the terms and privacy policy of each site apply. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, although we will remove any link as soon as we become aware that it leads to unlawful content.
8. Data protection and cookies
How we process your personal data is explained in our privacy policy. The storage the website uses in your browser is explained in our cookie policy.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this legal notice when the website, our business or the law changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga (Spain), unless the law provides otherwise.
This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
