How to redeem it
- Open the booking for the Alcazaba tour and choose the day and time.
- Enter the people: an adult card covers one adult place and a child card one child place.
- At checkout, enter your card code in the code or coupon box. If more people are coming, add them to the same booking and pay only for those places.

How is the card redeemed?
The recipient books the Alcazaba tour on this website, chooses day, time and people, and enters the card code at checkout. The place is paid with the card.
Is it one card per person?
Yes. There is an adult card (€24) and a child card (€16), and each covers one place. You can buy several in the same purchase.
How do I receive the card?
By email as soon as you complete the purchase on FareHarbor (our booking platform), with the code. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and, if it isn’t there, message us on WhatsApp at +34 670 11 73 17.
What about the free tour of the centre?
The free tour of the centre has no gift card: booking it is free and at the end everyone gives what they think it was worth. The card is for the Alcazaba tour, which includes the ticket.
How long is it valid?
Valid for 12 months from purchase. Within that time, the recipient picks any day they like; there are tours every day.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, and they tend to enjoy it most. From age 7 they use their own glasses; younger children share with an adult. Under-16s must be accompanied.
What if the tour is cancelled?
If we have to cancel due to force majeure, we’ll offer you another date; if that’s not possible, we’ll refund you. Normal rain is fine; if it rains very heavily we’ll reschedule, and if that’s not possible we’ll refund you.
