During the tour, we will meet key figures who shaped the city’s history, such as Pablo Picasso, a universal genius born in Malaga, whose childhood and surroundings will help you better understand his work and character, and José María Torrijos, a symbol of the fight for freedom and protagonist of one of the most moving episodes of 19th-century Malaga.
We will stroll through the most emblematic monuments of the old town:
The complex formed by the Alcazaba of Malaga and the Roman Theater of Malaga, where you will discover how two thousand years of history coexist in the same space.
Lively squares like Plaza de la Merced, the cultural heart of the city and a stage for key moments in its past.

How does a Virtual Reality tour work?
Virtual Reality is used as a tool to amplify the tour guide’s experience.
Thanks to PICO 4 VR Headsets and the recreation of historical spaces, you’ll be able to compare the present with the past. We offer you this tool so you can enhance the experience alone or in a group, making an impact with 360-degree historical scenarios and sound.
An assistant will guide you through Malaga’s most important monuments, and at some stops, the VR Headsets will be used very simply to relive historical moments and travel back in time.
I wear glasses, can I use them while watching the videos?
In general, we recommend that you come to the activity with contact lenses for greater comfort. However, if your frames are not too large and fit inside the PICO 4 VR Headsets, you can use them without problems.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Of course, children love this activity! Children aged 8 and above can participate.
Children under 8 years old may join and accompany the group, but they will not be provided with VR headsets. Parents may share their headsets with them at certain times and under their own responsibility.
How many people can join the tour?
We have 30 PICO 4 VR headsets, so we can offer our experiences up to that number of people.

What can I do if I haven’t received my booking confirmation by email?
We recommend that your first step is to check your spam or junk mail folders. If you have not received any confirmation, please contact us at tours@xrexperiences.es or by sending a WhatsApp message to +34 679 578 544 with your details so we can resolve the error. If you accidentally deleted the confirmation email, please contact us so we can resend it.
How can I cancel or change the date of my booking?
To cancel your booking, email the tours address and the XR EXPERIENCES team will contact you: tours@xrexperiences.es
What happens if XR EXPERIENCES cancels the route?
Should XR EXPERIENCES cancel the tour for which you have reserved spots due to force majeure, you will be offered the possibility to reschedule your booking for another date. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.
What happens if the weather conditions are adverse?
Normally, the tour can go ahead without any issues even in the rain.
If the rain is very heavy, the guided tour will be rescheduled for another date. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your money.
