Frequently asked questions
Is the tour suitable for children?
Of course—kids love this activity! Children aged 8 and up can take part.
Children under 8 may come along with the group, but they will not be given VR headsets. Parents can share them at certain moments, at their own responsibility.
How many people can join the tour?
We have 30 PICO 4 VR headsets, so we can offer our experiences up to that number of people.

What can I do if I haven’t received my booking confirmation by email?
We recommend that your first step is to check your junk or spam folders. If you still haven’t received any confirmation, contact us at tours@xrexperiences.es or send a WhatsApp to +34 679 578 544 with your details so we can fix the issue. If you deleted the confirmation email by mistake, contact us and we’ll send it again.
How can I cancel or change the date of my booking?
To cancel your booking, email the tours address and the XR EXPERIENCES team will contact you: tours@xrexperiences.es
What happens if XR EXPERIENCES cancels the route?
If, due to force majeure, XR EXPERIENCES cancels the route for which you have reserved places, you will be offered the option to reschedule your booking for another date. If it cannot be rescheduled, we will issue a refund.
What happens if the weather conditions are adverse?
Normally, the tour can go ahead without any issues even in the rain.
If the rain is very heavy, the guided tour will be rescheduled for another date. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll refund your money.
