About Us

XR EXPERIENCES was born from the coming together of professionals passionate about imagery, technology, and new ways of storytelling. Our team is made up of specialists from film and video games—two worlds where creativity and emotion lie at the heart of the experience.

Throughout our journey, we’ve explored different visual languages and digital tools until we found our focus at the intersection of 3D Animation, Digital Compositing, and Extended Reality. This path has allowed us to develop our own perspective, where technique and narrative sensibility complement each other to bring innovative, visually striking projects to life.

What drives us is a clear belief: technology opens new doors to perception, but it’s human vision that decides what to do with them.

CARLOS LERTAU

FUNDADOR & DIRECTOR COMERCIAL

Responsable de la gestión y coordinación del equipo de guías, el desarrollo comercial y las relaciones estratégicas, así como de la investigación histórica que da base a todas las experiencias culturales. Cuenta con más de cinco años de experiencia como guía turístico en Praga, trabajando con públicos internacionales y desarrollando técnicas avanzadas de storytelling histórico.

Actualmente lidera la investigación y validación de contenidos en colaboración con profesores universitarios de Historia y Arqueología, garantizando rigor académico y un relato accesible y atractivo. Aplica este conocimiento en la formación del equipo, el diseño de experiencias innovadoras y una estrategia de turismo cultural rigurosa, emocional y sostenible.

NICOLÁS FRANZGROTE

FUNDADOR & DIRECTOR DE TECNOLOGÍA

Responsable de las áreas de I+D, control de calidad y programación de la empresa, centrado en la investigación y desarrollo de soluciones y contenidos tecnológicos. Implementa y programa los sistemas necesarios, supervisando todo el proceso para garantizar productos estables, coherentes y una experiencia de usuario de alta calidad, apoyándose en pruebas continuas y optimización constante.

Además, gestiona el área de marketing, coordinando la comunicación, la promoción de servicios y la presencia digital. También se encarga de la contabilidad, la gestión administrativa y la logística, organizando recursos y operativa diaria para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y crecimiento del proyecto.

FRANCISCO RUIZ

FUNDADOR & DIRECTOR DE DISEÑO

Responsable de definir la visión creativa y garantizar la coherencia visual de los proyectos especializados en Animación 3D, Composición Digital y Experiencias Inmersivas. Supervisa el desarrollo artístico y técnico, asegurando altos estándares de calidad y una identidad visual sólida en cada producción.

Cuenta con amplia experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinares y coordinando flujos de trabajo complejos, desde la conceptualización hasta la entrega final. Integra innovación, narrativa visual y tecnología para crear experiencias impactantes y memorables.

Su enfoque combina creatividad estratégica, precisión técnica y una clara orientación a la experiencia del usuario, aportando un valor diferencial a proyectos audiovisuales contemporáneos.

FERNANDO BUJEDO

GUÍA TURÍSTICO OFICIAL, HISTORIADOR & ARQUEÓLOGO

Guía turístico oficial, historiador y arqueólogo, licenciado en Historia por la Universidad de Málaga, con un Máster en Patrimonio Histórico y Literario de la Antigüedad por la Universidad de Málaga y un Máster de Profesorado en Geografía, Historia y Arte por UDIMA. Ha ejercido como docente en Secundaria y Bachillerato, experiencia clave en su enfoque divulgativo.

Su trabajo se basa en una visión crítica y contextualizada del pasado, centrada en los procesos sociales, políticos y culturales que explican el patrimonio y su relación con el presente.

Desarrolla una activa labor divulgativa en redes y en su proyecto Historia Crítica, combinando rigor académico y lenguaje accesible para públicos diversos.

Cada recorrido es una invitación a mirar la ciudad con otros ojos, a comprender sus múltiples capas históricas y a vivir el patrimonio como una experiencia reflexiva, cercana y significativa.

LAURA GARCÍA

GUÍA TURÍSTICO OFICIAL, HISTORIADORA & ARQUEÓLOGA

Historiadora, arqueóloga y guía, profundamente vinculada a Málaga y a su historia. Graduada en Historia por la Universidad de Málaga, cuenta con un Máster en Patrimonio Histórico Arqueológico por la Universidad de Cádiz, un Máster Universitario en Profesorado en Ciencias Sociales (Historia, Arte y Filosofía) por la UMA y un Máster en Historia Contemporánea en Perspectiva Comparada por la UNED.

Como arqueóloga ha participado en excavaciones en algunos de los yacimientos más relevantes de la ciudad, lo que le ha permitido conocer el pasado desde una perspectiva material y directa.

Como guía, apuesta por una divulgación rigurosa, cercana y honesta, invitando a comprender Málaga desde sus múltiples capas históricas y a valorar su patrimonio como parte viva de la identidad cultural.

MANUEL RUIZ

GUÍA TURÍSTICO OFICIAL & HISTORIADOR

A lo largo de su trayectoria desde 2019, ha trabajado con viajeros de perfiles muy diversos, adaptando cada recorrido al ritmo, intereses y expectativas del grupo, con amplia experiencia en visitas culturales en Málaga y otros enclaves de Andalucía.

Su forma de entender la visita guiada combina rigor histórico y un lenguaje claro y accesible, ofreciendo al visitante las claves necesarias para comprender Málaga más allá de la postal. Contextualiza los monumentos y espacios urbanos dentro de su evolución histórica, social y cultural, conectando el pasado con la ciudad actual.

Cuenta con experiencia tanto en recorridos generales como en visitas más específicas, destacando por una comunicación cercana, dinámica y profesional, que convierte la explicación en una experiencia amena y bien estructurada.

Cada visita es una invitación a descubrir Málaga con una mirada más profunda, entendiendo sus múltiples capas históricas y su patrimonio como parte viva de la ciudad y de la experiencia del viaje.

FOUNDER & COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

He is responsible for managing and coordinating the team of guides, business development and strategic relationships, as well as the historical research that underpins all cultural experiences. He has more than five years of experience as a tour guide in Prague, working with international audiences and developing advanced historical storytelling techniques.

He currently leads content research and validation in collaboration with university professors of History and Archaeology, ensuring academic rigor and an accessible, engaging narrative. He applies this expertise to team training, the design of innovative experiences, and a cultural tourism strategy that is rigorous, emotional, and sustainable.

NICOLÁS FRANZGROTE

FOUNDER & TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

He is responsible for the company’s R, quality control, and programming areas, focused on researching and developing technological solutions and content. He implements and programs the necessary systems, overseeing the entire process to ensure stable, consistent products and a high-quality user experience, supported by continuous testing and ongoing optimization.

In addition, he manages the marketing area, coordinating communications, service promotion, and the company’s digital presence. He also oversees accounting, administrative management, and logistics, organizing resources and day-to-day operations to ensure the project runs smoothly and continues to grow.

He has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex workflows, from conceptualization to final delivery. He brings together innovation, visual storytelling, and technology to create powerful, memorable experiences.

His approach combines strategic creativity, technical precision, and a clear focus on user experience, bringing distinctive value to contemporary audiovisual projects.

FERNANDO BUJEDO

OFFICIAL TOUR GUIDE, HISTORIAN & ARCHAEOLOGIST

Official tour guide, historian, and archaeologist, with a degree in History from the University of Málaga, a Master’s in Historical and Literary Heritage of Antiquity from the University of Málaga, and a Master’s in Education for Geography, History, and Art from UDIMA. He has worked as a secondary and high school teacher, an experience that is key to his educational approach.

His work is based on a critical and contextualized vision of the past, focusing on the social, political, and cultural processes that explain heritage and its relationship with the present.

He carries out active outreach work on social media and through his Critical History project, combining academic rigor with accessible language for diverse audiences.

Each tour is an invitation to see the city through different eyes, to understand its multiple historical layers, and to experience heritage as a reflective, personal, and meaningful journey.

OFFICIAL TOUR GUIDE, HISTORIAN & ARCHAEOLOGIST

Historian, archaeologist, and guide, deeply connected to Málaga and its history. A History graduate from the University of Málaga, she holds a Master’s in Archaeological Historical Heritage from the University of Cádiz, a Master’s in Secondary Education (Social Sciences: History, Art, and Philosophy) from the UMA, and a Master’s in Contemporary History in Comparative Perspective from the UNED.

As an archaeologist, she has participated in excavations at some of the city’s most significant sites, allowing her to understand the past from a direct, material perspective.

As a guide, she is committed to rigorous, engaging, and honest storytelling, inviting visitors to understand Málaga through its many historical layers and to value its heritage as a living part of its cultural identity.
