Free Tour Alcazaba and Málaga Roman Theatre

At the scheduled time, we’ll meet next to the Crystal Pyramid, where we’ll begin this free tour packed with fascinating facts. We’ll head down to Málaga’s best-preserved Roman remains to learn what cultural life was like in the 1st century AD. We’ll walk between the cavea and the theatre’s original entrances to understand its architecture, purpose, and importance in Roman society.

Next, we’ll climb the slopes of Mount Gibralfaro until we reach the Alcazaba, the Muslim fortress that has overlooked the city for almost a thousand years. Its walls, courtyards, and gardens will transport us to the Andalusi era, evoking the atmosphere of the great Nasrid palaces.
