Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. If the data subject is under 14 years of age, the consent of their parents or guardians will be required for processing, and it will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorised it. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Confidentiality and security of personal data<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">XR Experiences undertakes to adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk posed by the data collected, in order to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or unauthorised disclosure of or access to such data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, since XR Experiences cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the internet or the complete absence of hackers or others who fraudulently access personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to notify the User without undue delay when a personal data security breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. In accordance with Article 4 of the GDPR, a personal data security breach is understood to mean any breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorised disclosure of or access to such data. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data will be treated as confidential by the Data Controller, who undertakes to inform and ensure, by means of a legal or contractual obligation, that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, associates, and any person to whom it makes the information accessible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Rights arising from the processing of personal data<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The User has the following rights with respect to XR Experiences and may therefore exercise the following rights recognised by the GDPR and Organic Law 3\/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights against the Data Controller:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Right of access:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This is the User\u2019s right to obtain confirmation as to whether XR Experiences is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that XR Experiences has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among other things, the available information about the origin of such data and the recipients of the communications made or planned in relation to it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Right to rectification:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This is the User\u2019s right to have their personal data amended when it is inaccurate or, taking into account the purposes of processing, incomplete.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Right to erasure (&#8220;the right to be forgotten&#8221;):<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  This is the User\u2019s right, provided that current legislation does not provide otherwise, to obtain the erasure of their personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed; the User has withdrawn their consent to processing and there is no other legal basis for it; the User objects to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds to continue it; the personal data has been processed unlawfully; the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation; or the personal data has been obtained as a result of a direct offer of information society services to a minor under 14 years of age. In addition to erasing the data, the Data Controller, taking into account available technology and the cost of implementation, must take reasonable steps to inform controllers who are processing the personal data of the data subject\u2019s request to erase any links to that personal data. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Right to restriction of processing:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This is the User\u2019s right to restrict the processing of their personal data.
